IN THE BEGINNING

It all started with a simple act of kindness, our friend Joe wishing to connect with someone on our daily outing and offering a ride on a Kayak. The gratitude this person had for something as simple as a new experience from a kind stranger, led to our journey of creating many exciting lasting memories with each soul we met.

Why "THE RIPPLE EFFECTS"?

The following weekend after the experience Joe had offered and created such gratitude for something so simple, we were back offering FREE fun for everyone.

The gift of sharing a new experience with someone from something that may otherwise be left collecting dust rekindles the gratitude for the things we all have in life.

We named this THE RIPPLE EFFECTS as not only was it creating fun memories for everyone we met, it inspired the youth and community members to do something kind in their own lives. Giving unloved items to others, sharing an experience, doing housework for mum & dad just so they could come back again!

Blast from the past!

FREE fun was not started by us in this location at Labrador. this has been a well-loved spot for swimming and kayaks for many many years. leaving behind many fond memories for the aged in our community. We were blessed to receive so much support and love, bringing back the past fun for the locals within Labrador.

Our local council chipped in and built some pretty fun-looking activities for all to enjoy! splinters anyone?

Free paddle boats

I will be adding history on the local star who built paddle boats from his house where the Grand Hotel now stands & gifted the experience to many who came to see the beauty of our local Broadwater and lagoon
